Equipment
Taster session requires no equipment but if you have gloves please bring them. Just wear any sports/loose clothes.
The 1st essential pieced of equipment is gloves, then view the below equipment list.

- 16-10oz boxing gloves
- Sparring MMA gloves (Karate only)
- Gum shield
- Groin Guard (Men)

Juniors Equipment (6-12)
- Shin and instep pads
- Sparring MMA gloves or karate gloves (Karate only)
- Boxing Gloves
- Head guard (cheek or full face best option)
- Gum shield unless full head guard
- Groin Guard (Boys)
- Karate Suit (Optional Karate only)

Buying equipment
You can source your own equipment and decide your own budget there are various discount outlets now, such as Sports Direct, Decathlon and various online outlets such as Amazon. Welfare Officer and Child Protection
All instructors have Advance DBS checks and we also have a welfare officer for any issues in class.
